This man of the Pokot tribe is in charge of a tiny water hole he and 150 people depend on for drinking water - a disaster in the making. This group of Pokot had just survived a raid by the Turkana to the north with almost nothing. Across the border in eastern Uganda, a Pokot women asked, "How do we change the minds of our men? How do we get them to stop the cattle raids?" She had lost her husband just the previous week.
